This was truly a 5 star experience. First of all, the entire team is female and this made the experience much more comfortable. She's also one of the only gyns in the area who offers some kind of pain relief for IUD insertion, she was very knowledgeable, understanding and supportive. If you are searching for a gynecologist stop searching, can't get better than Lucia.

Shayna at the front desk was warm and welcoming right away, which made a big difference. My provider, Ester Avero, was truly wonderful. She took her time, explained everything clearly, and showed real empathy throughout the visit.
I felt heard, comfortable, and confident in my care. Highly recommend.
Dr Gaitan has been my Dr. for many years. She always takes time to talk and she asks about my life. I never feel rushed. Her nurse and the rest of the staff are just as nice!
